Sampling Method

The survey was conducted using a national commercial voter file of registered voters. A large random sample was drawn from the file, and respondents were contacted directly via live telephone interview or SMS text-to-web invitation. Quotas were applied during data collection to ensure representation across key demographic subgroups, including age, gender, race/ethnicity, region, and four- year college attainment. Respondent identity and registration status were confirmed at the time of contact against voter file records.

Weighting

Post-stratification weights were applied using iterative proportional fitting (raking) to adjust for demographic and political characteristics. Weighting variables included age, gender, race/ethnicity, region, education, 2024 presidential vote choice, party identification, and validated voting participation. Weighting targets were derived from the national voter file and U.S. Census data.
